CURRENT EVENTS and our ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

We have examined news stories and political cartoons about each of the current events listed below. Now let's consider how those events can help us to make meaning of our course essential questions.

For each question, identify and analyze one way that at least one of the current events helps you answer the question. For example, how would an a resident of Guinea, Sierra Leone, or Liberia understand power? How would that person understand power if they contracted Ebola? How do those views compare with what a foreign doctor or missionary might say?
